Athena was appointed to deliver a Cat B refurbishment of an existing office space for Aquatic, adapting the layout and finishes to suit the operational and branding requirements of a new incoming tenant.

The 5,000 sq ft project focused on strategic reconfiguration rather than full strip-out, introducing new glazed partitions to create a series of meeting rooms while maintaining openness, light flow and visual connectivity across the floorplate. Associated mechanical and electrical works were carefully coordinated to support the revised layout without disrupting the existing building infrastructure.

The space also benefited from a full redecoration, new flooring throughout, and the installation of a new Tea Point, elevating the overall quality and functionality of the workplace. Subtle integration of end-user branding ensured the finished environment felt tailored and purposeful, while remaining clean, professional and future-proof.

Delivered through disciplined sequencing and close coordination, the project achieved a cohesive, modern workplace that maximises the value of the existing fit-out while meeting the tenant’s immediate and long-term needs.
