Athena was appointed to deliver Cat A+ and landlord works across 18,000 sq ft at 10 Queen Street Place, transforming the space into a high-quality, market-ready workplace for incoming tenant Smart DCC.
Working in close collaboration with CBRE and Knight Frank, Athena supported a strategic landlord-led approach that unlocked enhanced value through targeted investment and design quality.
The project focused on delivering a refined Cat A+ specification that balanced commercial performance with occupier appeal. Through a strategic landlord contribution, the team elevated the quality of the space, helping to secure stronger rental values and reposition a previously vacant area as an attractive, contemporary workplace.
